Extended Withdrawal Period for the Holiday Season
For purchases made between November and January, EU citizens enjoy an extended withdrawal period of 1 month (instead of 14 days).
All other refund and withdrawal conditions remain unchanged.
You can initiate your withdrawal via our portal or by contacting us at info@biocottons.com.
After January, the standard 14‑day withdrawal policy applies.
Withdrawal Before Shipping
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order before shipment is prepared.
Shipments are normally prepared the next weekday (Monday–Friday) at 10:00 AM CET (Germany).
Use our self‑service portal:
Select the items you want refunded.
Choose “Withdrawal/Exchange before package was sent.”
Warranty & Exchange
We offer a 6‑month warranty (from arrival date) for all products worldwide.
Warranty covers material defects or faulty workmanship.
Service includes exchange for an equivalent product.
If the product is discontinued, we will offer a suitable alternative.
Exchanges can be registered through our portal.
Withdrawal & Refund (EU Customers)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw an order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods (or someone else receives them on your behalf).

Effects of Withdrawal
Full refund including delivery costs (except extra costs for premium shipping) within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
No fees apply.
Refund may be reduced if goods lose value due to unnecessary handling.
Refund may be delayed until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.
Customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Customers are responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond necessary checks.
Exceptions to Withdrawal
Personalized or custom‑made goods.
Goods with prices dependent on financial market fluctuations.
Non‑EU customers (delivery address outside the EU).
Related Financial Transactions
If you financed your purchase with a loan and withdraw the contract, the loan agreement is also canceled if both are related.
If we already received the loan, your lender assumes our rights and responsibilities.
This does not apply to financial products (stocks, currency, etc.).
General Information
Please avoid damaging or dirtying goods.
Return items in original packaging with all accessories if possible.
If original packaging is unavailable, use secure protective packaging.
Do not return goods via cash on delivery.
